Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced prepared foods plant. This role oversees a team of technicians, ensuring safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The manager partners closely with production, quality, and safety, manages budgets and inventory, coordinates contractors, and upholds strict food safety and OSHA standards in a collaborative, family-founded culture. Responsibilities Lead and supervise industrial maintenance technicians in a high-volume food manufacturing plant Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams to support plant performance and compliance Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor/contractor relationships Implement and improve preventative maintenance programs and reliability initiatives Ensure all maintenance work follows OSHA, food safety, and company safety standards Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation Support capital projects, equipment installations, and line upgrades Train and develop maintenance staff in technical skills and safe work practices Required Skills Industrial maintenance Mechanical systems repair Electrical systems and controls PLC/automation troubleshooting Preventive maintenance planning CMMS software Root cause analysis Maintenance budgeting and cost control Safety and OSHA compliance Vendor and contractor management
