Job Description
Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be dealing with property owners and residents within both residential and commercial environments. They need to be able to interact seamlessly with people of all demographics and must also be organized. They must be able to work autonomously and make decisions quickly and independently. A property manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the property. Reporting to the corporate office, they perform all duties required to keep everything running smoothing within the property. Property managers ensure the property maintains a low vacancy rate. They advertise, show the property, review applications and submit for approval to the Compliance Manager. They collect rent and enforce the terms of a lease. They provide customer service to residents, resolving any issues or complaints. They coordinate all facilities maintenance, manage all vendor relationships and routinely inspect property for damages. They maintain all resident and maintenance records.
