The hotel maintenance Supervisor is an individual who assists the Chief Engineer and carries out daily tasks of preventative and corrective maintenance activities on HVAC systems, appliances, room PM's, working alongside suite-keeping to maintain a "new-feeling" hotel for our valued guests, and other duties as well. Must have or be able to pass pool certification. Must have some previous supervisory experience. Must be willing to work both evening and day shifts. - Must be able to move at a fast paced and for long periods of time. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and lift overhead. -We are a drug free workplace.
