Reser's Fine Foods, Inc., a leading prepared foods manufacturer, is seeking a Manufacturing Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced plant. This role oversees a team of technicians, driving equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, and rapid response to breakdowns. You will coordinate maintenance with production, manage budgets and spare parts, and ensure strict safety and food-safety compliance. Using CMMS and performance data, you will champion continuous improvement, support new equipment installations, and develop your team while contributing to a collaborative, family-founded culture. Responsibilities Lead and supervise industrial maintenance team in a high-volume food manufacturing plant Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment and utilities Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls issues to minimize downtime Coordinate maintenance scheduling with production, safety, and quality teams Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships Implement and enforce safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment and lines Train, coach, and evaluate technicians to build skills and ensure high performance Use CMMS and maintenance data to drive continuous improvement and reliability Collaborate cross-functionally to support capital projects and process improvements Required Skills Industrial equipment troubleshooting Mechanical systems repair Electrical and controls maintenance Preventive and predictive maintenance CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) use PLC familiarity and automation basics Maintenance planning and scheduling Budgeting and cost control Safety and regulatory compliance Team leadership and training
