Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Perform general and preventive maintenance and repair functions of building and equipment. Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical upkeep and emergency repairs and assist contractors to perform major repairs. Perform regular floor maintenance per Company standards and policies. Conduct inspections of all buildings on a regular basis for necessary upkeep and document findings. Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance such as fire alarm test, zone lines, sprinkler system, and safety surveys, etc., and submit necessary forms to the Service Center on a timely basis. Plans maintenance schedule based on current and projected needs per facility policy. Maintain records or documentation per policies. Access, input, and complete compliance and educational programs on the computer. Supervise and assist maintenance staff in completion of tasks assigned. (if applicable) Respond to emergency calls.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate Two years experience in building maintenance Mechanical skills Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations Basic computer skills Able to multi-task and problem solve Ability to work positively with others in a team environment
