Job Summary
The Maintenance and Reliability Manager oversees strategic and day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of critical systems and facilities. This role emphasizes proactive planning, team development, and adherence to company standards. The manager leads a team in executing reliability-centered maintenance strategies, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance asset performance and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities
Serves on the Plant Leadership Team (PLT) and leads the maintenance organization that is responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance activity on facility assets.
Drives progression of Reliability and Maintainability Roadmap elements.
Interfaces with contractors within the plant providing expensed and capital project work.
Develops direct reports and other leaders and subordinates by identifying and assigning value-added training and development opportunities and responsible for team adherence to all safety policies.
Ensures key performance indicators (KPIs) are collected, reported, and communicated.
Maintains awareness of functional trends to continuously improve planning and scheduling, root cause analysis, and preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance processes.
Ensures success of modernization contributions by participating in early equipment management activities.
Audits elemental processes to ensure they are being followed correctly and are producing the expected results.
Responsible for housekeeping and condition of all maintenance work areas.
Utilizes SAP PM to analyze performance and validate workflow adherences.
Performs other duties as assigned
