Taldeco is looking for Lead Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Hopkinsville, KY! $30-$37/hr Duties Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across manufacturing facilities Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems using schematics and technical blueprints Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and manage inventory Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs on industrial machinery using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters Conduct electrical diagnostics and maintenance on electrical systems including low voltage controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Oversee the use of welding techniques such as stick welding for equipment repair and fabrication tasks Operate scissor lifts safely for elevated maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Extensive experience in manufacturing facilities with a strong background in industrial maintenance Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and low voltage electrical systems Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, repair, and analysis using precision instruments like voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters Knowledge of industrial mechanics combined with mechanical aptitude for maintaining diverse machinery Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electrical systems diagnostics, and electrical blueprint reading
