• Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and low voltage systems. Manage facilities maintenance operations using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures following safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Troubleshoot engineering issues using schematics, electrical testing tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs while managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Ensure compliance with safety protocols including OSHA regulations; conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents; prepare reports for management review. Experience Minimum three (3) years of relevant maintenance experience required. Experience in maintenance and repair operations associated with electrical systems, electronics, fabrication, hydraulics, injection molding, mechanical drives, pneumatics, robotics, stamping, welding, assembly and conveyor systems, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and troubleshooting. Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Automotive industry experience preferred.

Pay:

$34.00 - $41.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
