In this role, you'll ensure our building, grounds, and resident/guest spaces remain safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. You'll oversee preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and manage a small team of maintenance and housekeeping support staff. What You'll Do Supervise and schedule, ensuring timely completion of work orders and projects Perform and oversee repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and appliances Develop and execute a preventive maintenance program for the building, grounds, equipment, and common areas Conduct routine inspections of guest/resident rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local safety, fire, and life-safety regulations Manage relationships with outside vendors and contractors (HVAC, elevator, pest control, landscaping, etc.) Oversee the maintenance budget, supply inventory, and purchase orders Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of an on-call rotation Partner with department leaders to support a welcoming, hospitality-driven guest/resident experience Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance team members What We're Looking For 3+ years of maintenance experience in a hospitality, hotel, senior living, multi-family, or similar setting 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
EPA, CPO
