In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You will manage a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate projects, and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize operational uptime. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will drive continuous improvement in our facilities management practices. Duties Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance repair procedures across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, high voltage, and low voltage systems. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance management strategies utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule inspections, track work orders, and optimize resource allocation. Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of complex mechanical systems using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting safety audits, enforcing safety protocols, and providing ongoing training to team members on safety procedures related to electrical systems, HVAC system repair, plumbing maintenance, and high voltage work. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment performance for reporting purposes. Collaborate with other departments to plan for facility needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Experience Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance and repair. Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices including troubleshooting electrical systems using schematics and engineering troubleshooting methods. Hands-on experience with CMMS software for managing work orders and maintenance schedules. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to electrical work, high voltage systems, HVAC systems repair, plumbing repairs, and general facilities management. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting; ability to read schematics accurately. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management, supervision experience, and fostering a safety-conscious work environment. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective team coordination.
