Responsibilities :

This position will identify and correct any and all problems involving the community and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. Diagnoses and performs minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis: Electrical and plumbing (including water lines). General Carpentry A/C and heating systems, appliances (when applicable). Water irrigation systems. Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings. Tile, carpet, flooring. Roofing, gutters, fasteners. Fireplaces, ceiling fans, Interior/exterior lights. Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors Boiler, gas and electric, gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable) Door locks, P.O. boxes and locks, security systems (where applicable) Ceiling leaks, foundations/sidewalks/concrete, walls General pool maintenance- pool areas, tile, Jacuzzi, pool furniture

Requirements :

Position requires at least 5-years' experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent field. Certification from trade school HVAC certification is required. Valid Driver License is required.

Education:

High school or equivalent level.
