Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Maintenance Manager | Up to $120K | Greater New Orleans, LA Ready to own the maintenance function—not just fix equipment? We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for a well-established, high-volume production facility. You'll be responsible for keeping equipment running, reducing downtime, and—most importantly— building and leading a strong maintenance team.

Salary:

Up to $120K, based on experience What we need: Proven people-management experience is a MUST — hiring, firing, training, coaching, performance management, and holding technicians accountable 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting Ability to prioritize PMs, emergency repairs, work orders, and plant needs A leader who can be on the floor with the team , troubleshoot problems, and develop technicians—not manage from an office You'll take ownership of preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, breakdown response, and the day-to-day performance of the maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for a strong Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager who knows how to build accountability, develop people, and keep a production facility running.
