The Role As the Chief Engineer, you lead the maintenance department and oversee all building systems, equipment, and property upkeep. You ensure safety, preventive maintenance, and repair standards are met while supervising a team of maintenance professionals. EOE Qualifications What Makes You You Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Organized, dependable, and safety focused Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends
