Job Description
Barnstable Housing Authority seeks an energetic, self-motivated, responsible individual for full-time year-round maintenance Crew person. Individual must be experienced in fields such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical and janitorial as needed in property maintenance. Current trade license a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Valid MA driver's license required. Benefit package available. Salary set by DL&I at approximately $70,000.00 annually.
