Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Field Technician specializing in Carpentry and Maintenance to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and execute a wide range of maintenance, repair, and carpentry projects across various facilities. Your leadership will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Plan, prioritize, and execute facilities maintenance projects ensuring timely completion while maintaining safety standards. Perform residential painting, framing drywalling and general maintenance as needed to maintain facility integrity. Manage maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and equipment history. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly, communicating clearly, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work. Supervise safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring team members, coordinating schedules, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Skills Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, electrical systems, and general maintenance and repair Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices across residential or commercial environments. Ability to operate CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping. Effective communication skills in English for clear instructions and reporting.
