MUST HAVE MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
We are looking for an
EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
to oversee Plant operations for our window fabrication facility. This role involves managing a maintenance team, ensuring equipment uptime and maintaining safety standards
Duties:
  • Supervise the maintenance technicians. Make daily schedules for projects and follow up. Report to Plant Manager with daily updates
  • Create, manage and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for facility and manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Contact vendors to identify resolutions to repairs and parts availability
  • Any other duties as assigned
Experience:
    INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE REPAIR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • Proficiency in fast paced factory maintenance environment troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment repairs
    • Experience with PLC systems
    • Familiarity with high and low voltage electrical systems
    • Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills Physical Requirements Manual material handling involving the need to grip, squeeze, and pinch.
    Ability to work in an elevated ambient temperature environment. Ability to utilize stepladders, extension, and fixed ladders. Ability to enter confined spaces to perform work, including spaces with small/limited access and egress. The position requires the ability to regularly stand for long periods of time. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift/push/pull/carry up to 75 pounds
