This hands-on leadership role oversees second-shift custodial operations, coordinates work orders and facility needs, supports general maintenance, and leads a dedicated custodial team. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of facility maintenance experience , strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of custodial practices and building maintenance. CORI, SORI, and SAFIS required. Bilingual preferred.
