Job Description

You'll join a motivated local team backed by a global group operating in 50 countries, combining world-class standards with on-the-ground collaboration. As the Maintenance Planning and Facilities Support Lead, you'll merge hands-on expertise with structured coordination to ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and ready—today and long term. How you'll lead Own a blend of duties: approximately 60% technical (repairs, installs, troubleshooting) and 40% administrative (scheduling, documentation, coordination). Design, improve, and execute preventive maintenance programs; align timing with production priorities. Supervise contractors on site for compliance, safety, and quality; ensure internal customers are satisfied with outcomes. Maintain parts and supply readiness; reorder to prevent delays. Record work orders, inspections, and service history with accuracy and completeness. Coordinate HSE initiatives to satisfy legal and company requirements while driving continuous improvement. Schedule external suppliers for specialized repairs and manage parts procurement. Safely perform tasks at height using aerial/scissor/boom lifts. Interpret manuals, drawings, and work orders; troubleshoot using diagrams, OEM guidance, and engineering specifications. Partner with OEM service and parts teams to resolve issues quickly. What you'll bring 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Mechanical proficiency with CNC machinery, servo drives, automated equipment, and general machining assets. Microsoft Office skills (Excel included); experience with scheduling and service coordination. Demonstrated ability to install, maintain, and repair automated and computer-controlled mechanical systems. Capability to perform basic electrical calculations; blueprint and schematic literacy. Comfort with extensive hand and power tool use. Experience operating forklifts and aerial lifts (PIV). SAP exposure preferred.
