Job Purpose:
 As the Maintenance Director, you will oversee preventive maintenance and urgent repair needs while providing counsel to management regarding community issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred SNF experience. Preferred knowledge of Life Safety Regulations. Must have HVAC Experience. Must be available for on-call rotations. Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment. Must carry cell phone and respond to maintenance calls. Must know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to community. Must have some knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, equipment, machinery, etc. Must be knowledgeable of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan and follow policies and procedures.
Supervision of Others:
 Supervises staff members in maintenance and grounds keeping.
