Immediately Job Description Silver Lake Regional High School is seeking a job coach to assist the Pathways Program, a post-secondary transition program that prepares young adults with severe disabilities to transition into adulthood upon turning 22 or earlier as determined by the Special Education Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting students 1:1 or in a small group on the job site, transporting students to and from job sites in the community, working with other job coaches and program staff, and communicating with Pathways program coordinator and other responsibilities assigned by program coordinator or Special Education Coordinator. Hours are 7:30 - 2:30, full time with salary and benefits as outlined in the SLEA Paraprofessionals Contract. There is an opportunity to work in the program during extended school year.
