Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor, to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and maintenance procedures are executed effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, geothermal heating experience Manage facilities maintenance teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing training, and evaluating performance to foster a motivated and efficient workforce. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Troubleshoot engineering issues related to mechanical systems repair, electrical systems, HVAC system repair, and other facility-related problems using schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting safety audits, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining accurate safety documentation. Oversee project management activities for maintenance repairs or upgrades, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and inventory using CMMS software to support operational transparency and accountability. Requirements Proven management experience supervising apartment community maintenance teams. Strong maintence knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance repair, appliance, HVAC systems, geothermal heating, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage), and apartment maintenance. Proficiency with schematics interpretation, engineering troubleshooting tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety procedures within a facilities environment. Experience managing facilities using CMMS software for work order management and inventory control. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes. Fluency in English is required for clear communication across teams and documentation.
