This role ensures that maintenance requests are promptly addressed and handled effectively by managing contractors, vendors, and the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing a team of maintenance personnel, including responsibilities for scheduling, cost control, and project management. This position reports directly to the Lead Property Manager and the Managing Director.
