Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Service Manager to join our team. We're looking for a customer-centric, growth-minded, and goal-oriented professional who knows how to lead a high-performing service department while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive Service Manager who understands the importance of profitability, customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute operational goals and financial objectives for the Service Department, including the annual operating budget and marketing plan. Drive monthly forecasts and results for revenue, gross profit, CSI, customer retention, and other key performance indicators . Consistently achieve or exceed departmental KPIs and performance metrics . Build and maintain a culture of caring, collaboration, accountability, and teamwork . Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top-performing service department talent. Hire, lead, and manage all Service Department personnel while monitoring performance and productivity. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain a consistently high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating. Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and effectively. Stay current on new products, features, accessories, and manufacturer requirements. Attend required product and manufacturer training. Maintain an effective customer follow-up system designed to increase repeat and referral business while maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead by example and create an environment where both employees and customers feel valued. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of consistent, verifiable experience as a Service Manager in a new-vehicle automotive dealership is required. Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing Service Department. Strong track record of achieving revenue, profitability, CSI, retention, and other departmental objectives. Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK experience required. Strong commitment to exceptional customer service. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain talented employees. Clean and valid driver's license. Why Join Us? $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
