full-time One of the countries top Multi-State Cannabis Operators is looking for a Facility Maintenance Manager for their large scale Cultivation and Production facility. This person will be responsible for the overall maintenance, reliability, and operational readiness of the cannabis production facility, and more specifically, this position oversees all building systems, utilities, production equipment, and critical infrastructure to ensure compliance with state regulations, OSHA standards, and the company's quality and safety expectations. Qualifications Facility Maintenance Management experience within a production or manufacturing environment Ability to create, implement, and manage preventative maintenance programs Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failure Experience working with automated systems Experience in highly regulated environments Cannabis experience preferred but not required
