As a Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facility, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. About the

Role:

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping operations, including: Overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring effective communication and collaboration Coordinating repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with health and safety regulations Developing and implementing maintenance and housekeeping policies and procedures Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues Maintaining accurate records and reports, including inventory management and budget tracking

Requirements:

Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting, preferably as a Maintenance Director or in a similar role Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise maintenance staff Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
