Role:
MCP is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician / Hands-On Supervisor to join our team in Indian Orchard, MA. This is a dynamic role where you'll lead by example — getting your hands dirty alongside your crew while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
Perform residential and commercial maintenance repairs Lead and assist maintenance technicians in the field Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general maintenance issues Complete apartment turnovers and property inspections Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator on daily work orders Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Assist with seasonal work. Snow removal, landscaping, fall cleanup.
