A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Job Description:
Space Planning & CAD Coordinator (Contract) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Space Planning & CAD Coordinator (Contract) to support facility growth and workplace development within a fast-paced robotics environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate facility records and drawings, supporting project development, and assisting with space planning initiatives across office, engineering, manufacturing, and laboratory environments. The ideal candidate has experience with CAD software, strong organizational skills, and an interest in facilities, workplace design, and project coordination. This position provides an opportunity to grow into larger facilities planning and workplace strategy responsibilities.
Day to day activities:
  • Maintain and update architectural floor plans, as-built drawings, and occupancy records
  • Develop and manage CAD standards and drawing libraries
  • Produce workstation layouts, furniture plans, and space reconfiguration drawings
  • Track occupancy and utilization data, and support seating assignments and workspace allocation
  • Support departmental moves, additions, and changes (MAC activities)
  • Assist Facilities Project Managers with project drawings, documentation, and drawing revisions
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders on drawing updates
  • Maintain facility databases, drawing archives, and project records to reflect current conditions
  • Participate in site walks and field verification activities
Required Skills:
  • Associate degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in CAD drafting, facilities planning, or architectural support
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD software
  • Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Google Office Suite Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
