Position Overview Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and improve maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. This person will focus on strengthening maintenance processes, developing the team, and building an effective preventive maintenance program. Responsibilities Build and improve the preventive maintenance program Improve PM completion and equipment reliability Lead and develop maintenance technicians Organize and improve day-to-day maintenance processes Use maintenance and production data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Improve CMMS utilization and parts management Drive improvements in efficiency and OEE Support technician training and skill development Establish structure, accountability, and consistency within the maintenance department
