Ensures that plant equipment is adjusted and properly maintained to provide a safe and efficient living area

Scope:

a) Follows preventative maintenance programs b) Controls inventory c) Orders and receives materials d) Schedules maintenance employees e) Performs routine repairs of building equipment f) Performs routine repairs of buildings including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and painting g) Follows up on work performed in residents' apartments h) Follows safety regulations and practices i) Performs snow removal, as needed j) Maintains proper security of buildings k) Subject to call at odd hours and/or weekends and holidays l) Performs additional duties as assigned m) May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, and/or hazardous chemicals

Minimum Requirements:
