The Floating Maintenance Manager will respond to daily maintenance requests, prepare apartments for new residents, and respond to survey requests by Community Managers and leadership teams. As a Floating Maintenance Manager, you are key in keeping our properties to the high standards our residents come to expect from living at Bell. This position does not have a single designated worksite. Instead, this position is expected to travel between and perform work at multiple properties within a designated market or region. As a Floating Maintenance Manager with Bell, you will oversee interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and grounds for the beauty, safety, security, and well-being of multiple assigned properties within the position's designated market or region. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising all maintenance associates and conduct regular performance appraisals. You will also provide feedback to associates with the assistance of the Community Manager.
