We are a well established Family Owned real estate company with over 50 years of providing homes to families in need. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for an apartment community in the South Yarmouth, MA. Responsibilities :

You must have a valid driver's license. The normal work shift is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• On-call services required for emergencies and/or lock-outs during rotating nights or weekends. This is shared with other maintenance technicians.
• Candidate should be experienced in all aspects of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical and minor carpentry work.
• Participate in all maintenance projects, trash removal and grounds work as needed including snow removal.
• Assist with the apartment turnovers and annual inspections
• Repair various types of doors, windows, floors, appliances, roofs, ceilings and cabinetry
• Provide accurate record keeping of work completed and all required reporting systems Experience in managing others and prioritizing projects in coordination with the Property Manager is required.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years' experience performing building maintenance and repair work preferred.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, and understand building codes
• Familiarity w/carpentry/electrical/plumbing tools
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
