POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Development provides strategic leadership for Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod\'s fundraising, marketing, communications, and community engagement efforts. This position is responsible for all aspects of philanthropy and donor engagement, including major gifts, annual giving, corporate support, home sponsorships, planned giving, grants, community partnerships, marketing, and public relations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Development serves as a key ambassador for Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod and plays an important role in expanding the organization\'s visibility, resources, partnerships, and impact throughout Cape Cod. The Director of Development supervises the Development Assistant/Events Coordinator and Volunteer/Community Relations Manager.
