1st Shift, Monday-Friday Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to support maintenance operations by planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities. In this role, you will review work orders, create job plans, coordinate parts and materials, and help ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Review and prioritize maintenance work orders in the CMMS. Inspect equipment and verify job requirements on the plant floor. Estimate labor, tools, parts, and safety requirements for maintenance tasks. Create detailed job plans and work instructions for technicians. Manage parts inventory and ensure materials are available for scheduled work. Order non-stock parts and coordinate deliveries. Schedule and coordinate work with outside contractors as needed. Lead maintenance scheduling meetings with operations and maintenance teams. Develop and maintain weekly maintenance schedules. Track maintenance performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Update maintenance procedures, BOMs, and documentation. Record completed maintenance activities to support equipment reliability. Qualifications Experience in maintenance planning within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software. Strong planning, scheduling, data entry, and inventory management skills. Experience with parts management and coordinating maintenance materials. Ability to support and oversee parts room operations.
