Are you an experienced Service Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume independent shop environment? We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Automotive Service Manager who knows how to lead from the front, develop people, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

THIS IS NOT A LOW-VOLUME OPERATION WHERE YOU CAN SIT BEHIND A DESK.

This is a high-volume independent automotive shop that needs a proven leader who can handle the pace, hold a team accountable, and consistently drive performance.

INDEPENDENT SHOP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidates MUST have prior experience managing or leading within an independent automotive repair shop environment.

• Experience managing a high-volume service department
• Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and workflow

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold technicians and advisors accountable
• Strong understanding of service department KPIs, including:
• Labor sales
• Gross profit
• Effective labor rate
• Hours per RO
• Customer-pay penetration
• Technician productivity
• CSI
• Appointment and retention performance
• Ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A hands-on leader who leads by example

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

As Service Manager, you will have significant responsibility for the performance and success of the service operation. You'll be expected to: LEAD — Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing service team.

DRIVE PRODUCTION

— Maximize shop capacity, technician productivity, labor sales, and overall throughput.

GROW GROSS

— Identify opportunities to increase service profitability while maintaining a strong customer experience.

CREATE ACCOUNTABILITY

— Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards.

PROTECT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

— Make sure customers receive outstanding communication, transparency, and service.

DEVELOP PEOPLE

— Coach Service Advisors and technicians to continuously improve their performance.

RUN THE OPERATION

— Keep the department organized, efficient, profitable, and moving.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary + Commission
