BryMak is seeking an ACM (Assistant Contract Manager) to oversee the day-to-day Facility Maintenance operations on the Walter Reed Medical Center Bethesda MD. Requirements The ACM shall be technically qualified in the field of Healthcare Facilities Management and shall, as a minimum, have two (2) years of experience in a business occupancy medical facility operations and maintenance and minimum three (3) years' experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings, including supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems. The CMM shall be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes and standards. The ACM shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Review and negotiate repairs with clients and vendors. Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise with the CMM. Prepare reports on contract status and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication. Qualifications Proven experience in contract management or related roles. Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance processes. Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred). Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify key issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract management software is a plus.
