We look forward to welcoming you. Job Summary Maintenance Director is a key leader within our facility, responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our property. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our building, as well as the maintenance of our equipment and systems. Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, and waste management Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and protocols Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve processes A dynamic and supportive work environment, excellent training opportunities, and the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
