We are located in Glen Burnie, Maryland and are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Duties Requirements for Maintenance Director
  • Maintenance Director experience. Responsible for maintenance administrative duties.
  • Complete general maintenance assignments and minor repairs throughout the facility as directed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as completing necessary forms, reports, email correspondence .
  • Follow established safety regulations in use of equipment and supplies at all times.
  • Ensure that supplies, equipment , etc., are maintained to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Is subject to call back during emergency conditions (e.g. severe weather, evacuation, post disaster, etc.).
  • Must adhere to all HIPPA requirements.
  • Must have computer skills.
  • Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility, which include a medical and physical examination.
  • Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations
  • Must be willing to be on-call.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
