We are located in Glen Burnie, Maryland and are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Duties Requirements for Maintenance Director
- Maintenance Director experience. Responsible for maintenance administrative duties.
- Complete general maintenance assignments and minor repairs throughout the facility as directed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as completing necessary forms, reports, email correspondence .
- Follow established safety regulations in use of equipment and supplies at all times.
- Ensure that supplies, equipment , etc., are maintained to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
- Is subject to call back during emergency conditions (e.g. severe weather, evacuation, post disaster, etc.).
- Must adhere to all HIPPA requirements.
- Must have computer skills.
- Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility, which include a medical and physical examination.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations
- Must be willing to be on-call.
