About the Company Alwan Express LLC is an independent Delivery Service Partner (DSP). We operate a fast-paced, high-volume logistics enterprise where vehicle safety and uptime are directly tied to our success. We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance strategy, oversee vehicle reliability, and keep our entire fleet running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance Oversight & Leadership:

Supervise all routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance programs across our fleet of box trucks and vans to maximize vehicle uptime.

Grounding & Compliance Management:

Audit vehicles daily and implement fast-track workflows to return grounded vehicles to service safely.

Vendor & Service Management:

Lead service coordination and maintain active relationships with third-party service providers, mechanics, and body shops to ensure priority service turnaround and cost efficiency.

Parts & Inventory Control:

Oversee parts inventory (fluids, bulbs, wipers, safety gear) and manage purchase orders within budget constraints.

Accident & Damage Auditing:

Supervise damage tracking, perform root-cause inspections on vehicle wear/damage, assist with insurance claims, and work alongside operations to enforce driver accountability.

Peak & Loadout Readiness:

Coordinate early-morning vehicle assignments prior to loadout, ensuring 100% of routes have fully compliant, operational vehicles ready to roll. Qualifications 3+ years in fleet maintenance supervision, automotive service management, or commercial transport maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of gas and diesel commercial vehicles Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (DOT Medical Card required or obtainable within 30 days). Demonstrated ability to lead vendor relationships, control maintenance costs, and manage high-urgency operational situations.

Schedule:

5 days a week 8 to 10-hour shifts Weekend availability required (Operations run 7 days a week) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
