This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced landscape professional who knows the industry, enjoys leading and developing crews, understands horticulture, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work for clients. This is not a desk-only management position . Our Maintenance Production Manager is actively involved in the field, visiting properties, supporting crews, communicating with clients, monitoring quality, solving problems, and making sure our maintenance operation runs efficiently every day. We provide the tools and support you need to succeed, including a take-home company vehicle with gas, company phone, iPad, computer, and ongoing professional development. What You'll Do As our Landscape Maintenance Production Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day production and quality of our landscape maintenance division while leading crews and maintaining strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

Schedule and route landscape maintenance crews efficiently Lead, coach, train, and support crew leaders and field employees Conduct regular property visits and quality-control inspections Ensure work meets Live Green's standards and client expectations Identify horticultural issues and recommend appropriate solutions Oversee pruning, mulching, fertilization, turf care, seasonal color, plant care, and other landscape maintenance services Communicate professionally with clients regarding property needs, concerns, and recommendations Coordinate materials, equipment, staffing, and scheduling Review crew performance, productivity, and timekeeping Work closely with company leadership and other departments to resolve issues and improve operations Promote safe work practices and ensure crews follow company safety procedures Assist with estimating and identifying enhancement opportunities Oversee and participate in snow and ice management operations during the winter season Help maintain strong client retention and contribute to the continued growth of the maintenance division Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, confident leading people, and knowledgeable about professional landscape maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance management, production management, account management, or similar leadership experience , OR a degree in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance practices Experience supervising and scheduling multiple landscape crews Ability to identify plant, turf, pruning, irrigation, and general property-maintenance concerns Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, email, and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to travel between client properties throughout the workday

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of professional landscape industry experience Experience managing multiple crews and a portfolio of maintenance properties Degree or certification in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field Spanish-speaking or bilingual Experience with landscape management software and digital field-management systems Snow and ice management experience What We Offer We want our managers to have the resources they need to be successful. $70,000
