The Lead Maintenance Technician - Casco Bay Food and Beverage, a 100% employee-owned company and Maine's largest food and beverage provider, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support our operations across the Bangor region. This position sets the tone for the maintenance team—leading by example and supporting daily operations ensuring the reliability and performance of our vending, coffee, and cold food equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train maintenance team members on equipment servicing and sanitation practices, with a can-do outlook. Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients. Perform preventive maintenance, installations and repairs on vending, coffee, and cold food equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues. Ensure service calls are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Promote a clean, organized, safe, and positive work environment. Regular completion of service documentation and administrative tasks. Qualifications Prior experience with small appliance, HVAC, or commercial machine repair is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize assignments effectively. Basic technology skills, including comfort with service reporting tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and crouching.
