Hatchery Maintenance Supervisor Cooke Aquaculture has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Company's Freshwater Maintenance Team located in Bingham, Maine. Cooke is a global seafood company with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. The Role:
As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Hatchery Maintenance Supervisor to our team of professionals. Primary duties of this role include but are not limited to: This includes: Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repair procedures on Bingham Hatchery equipment Installs new equipment Establishes and maintains relationships with vendors and contractors Assist with day-to-day facility procedures related to water quality and ensuring fish welfare is always met
Qualifications/Requirements/Attributes:
Ability to diagnose maintenance problems and determine how to correct them Ability to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures May obtain quotes for equipment, maintenance supplies and parts for repair and place orders for them Ability to work with little or no supervision at times Able to plan-ahead and to keep maintenance supplies on hand to enable work to be carried out in an efficient manner Comply with all internal policies and procedures Salary commensurate with experience which includes a competitive 401k program, health, dental, and vision benefit package.
