Bingham Area Health Center (part of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a multi-site community health center in Central and Western Maine) is seeking mission-driven Dentist to join our dedicated rural health and dental care team. This is an opportunity to help address oral health disparities in a rural population—providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families who rely on us as their dental home. You'll be joining a strong, established care team, including two experienced dental hygienists with a combined 60 years of expertise and a supportive, skilled clinical and administrative team committed to patient care and teamwork. If you enjoy the outdoors, Bingham and surrounding areas are the place for you. Experience fishing, hiking, fall foliage, kayaking, and river rafting as well as swimming and boating on nearby Wyman Lake. Bingham is located just 30 minutes from Skowhegan, which has a growing reputation as an agricultural food hub, hosts an independent movie theater, and is home to annual events such as the Skowhegan State Fair, Maine Artisan Bread Fair, and Riverfest celebration. The selected candidate will receive competitive salary and benefits, malpractice coverage, pension plan with employer match, loan repayment (internal program), and relocation expense reimbursement, and a new hire sign-on bonus. The salary range for this role is $176,000-$213,000 with the potential for a bonus based on quality incentives and potential bonuses for visit volume and team quality outcomes . This range reflects the full scope of the position across multiple experience levels and pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Bingham has a high-need dental HPSA designation (score of 22) supporting strong eligibility for federal scholar and loan repayment programs.
