Job Description

Our growing company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within our plant environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production goals, maintaining safety standards, and developing a strong maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all employees Ensure all safety and lockout procedures are followed Maintain facility compliance with internal and external standards Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members Implement and support training programs for maintenance personnel Partner with plant leadership to support operational performance and continuous improvement Ensure Preventive Maintenance programs are executed effectively Oversee maintenance projects and ensure timely completion Support production teams with troubleshooting and equipment optimization Maintain equipment uptime and plant efficiencies Ensure facility housekeeping and overall equipment condition meet company standards Manage maintenance inventory and spare parts levels Drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support product quality
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
