Page Auto Group is seeking an experienced, driven automotive service professional to join our management team in a Fixed Operations Leadership role. We are not simply looking to fill a position. What We're Looking For The right candidate is a hands-on leader who understands that great fixed operations are built through people, process, accountability, and customer trust. You should have demonstrated strength in: Leading and developing Service Advisors and service teams Improving customer satisfaction and retention Driving service sales, gross profit, and departmental profitability Advisor coaching and performance accountability Technician productivity and shop efficiency Effective labor rate and hours-per-RO improvement Warranty claims and manufacturer process compliance Managing open repair orders and workflow Recruiting, training, and retaining quality employees Using data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement Prior franchised automotive dealership management experience is strongly preferred.
