Job Description
Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units. We believe that caring, dedicated and valued staff provide exceptional patient care. We are seeking high caliber applicants that will provide innovative and evidence-based care focused on our patient's individual needs, comfort and safety. Thank you for considering our Maintenance/Plant Operations Manager position as we continue our successful opening! The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the hospitals equipment and facilities that are consistent with hospital policy, procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards. This role maintains standards for area of responsibilities in compliance with outside survey, regulatory and accreditation groups such as JCAHO, Department of Public Health, State Department of Mental Health and State Fire Marshall. Oversees the management of assigned staff to ensure that services are provided.
