This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, developing employees, and serving as the go-to technical resource on the plant floor. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians Prioritize and assign daily maintenance activities Troubleshoot and oversee repairs on production equipment Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions Maintain maintenance records and documentation Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of leadership experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing Strong troubleshooting experience in mechanical and electrical systems Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic, motor controls, and PLC-controlled equipment Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating daily work activities Strong communication and coaching skills Preferred Qualifications PLC software experience Welding and fabrication experience Auto CAD experience Experience developing maintenance procedures and tracking maintenance metrics Proficiency with Microsoft Office
