Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader specialized in Lawn Care to join our dynamic lawn care and landscaping team. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew responsible for delivering top-quality grounds maintenance, lawn care and snow removal. Your leadership will ensure that all outdoor work is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Lead and supervise a team of lawn care and landscaping technicians during daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards Plan and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, pruning, and fertilization Operate groundskeeping equipment and landscaping tools safely and effectively while adhering to company safety protocols Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, and project progress for reporting purposes Qualifications Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance and snow removal Ability to drive a truck and trailer in tight spaces Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a crew effectively Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required; ability to operate ground-based construction equipment preferred Good communication skills with a focus on safety procedures and quality standards Join us if you're passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor environments! Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
