Join us at Kellanova as a Maintenance Reliability Planner Supervisor at our Grand Rapids, MI facility, where you'll play a key role in keeping our high-speed production operations running at their best. In this on-site role, you'll work a day-shift schedule with flexibility while supporting the maintenance team that keeps our plant safe, efficient, and performing at peak reliability. You'll be part of a hardworking and collaborative maintenance organization that supports 24-hour operations. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Maintenance Planning and Execution
- Lead day-to-day and long-range maintenance planning for a 24-hour operation, including weekly, monthly, and annual work plans that improve equipment reliability. Performance and Predictive Maintenance
- Manage the Breakdown Elimination (BDE) process, monitor equipment stops, and oversee predictive maintenance activities to elevate plant performance. Safety Leadership
- Promote and enforce safety standards within the maintenance team to ensure a safe and compliant operation. Budget and System Management
- Utilize the plant's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintain alignment with the maintenance budget.
