Work with Property Manager and oversee Maintenance Team to complete the following:

• supervise a team of 4 maintenance techs, making each accountable for any work orders given to them by following up to ensure the work was done properly
• daily scouring of property for trash and debris
• ensure pool is clean, safe, and operational
• resident work orders
• clogged drains, leaking faucets, fix door handles, install appliances, paint, install lighting, etc
• solicit bids from vendors
• successfully manage yearly "turn" in August. Have just 20 days to make ready 150+ apartments
• get units ready for new move ins
• ensure the apartment has been inspected and go above and beyond so our new resident steps into their perfect home
• help set up resident events on occasion.
• some after hours on call

Requirements:

• must live within a 30 minute drive to East Lansing
• 3+ years of maintenance/construction experience
• clean driving record and background check
• ability to pass a drug test
• ability to lift 100 lbs
