Maintenance Supervisor —

Job Type:

Full-time We're hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Farmington Hills. You'll lead daily maintenance operations, keep apartments and common areas in excellent condition, and ensure resident requests are handled promptly and professionally. Responsibilities Prioritize and complete maintenance work orders Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems within your qualifications Coordinate apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents Inspect the property and manage preventive maintenance Guide maintenance team members and coordinate outside vendors Communicate with residents and property management about repairs and timelines Maintain a safe, organized work environment Qualifications Apartment or residential property maintenance experience Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills Experience supervising maintenance staff or leading daily maintenance work EPA Section 608 certification Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred Strong communication and resident service skills Valid driver's license If you enjoy leading from the field and taking ownership of a community's upkeep, we'd like to hear from you.
